SHOW STARS SHOW STARS 2013-2014 Agility Repeat! Modani earned his Agility Grand Master title and ended the show season as the National 7th Best cat in Agility. We celebrate this TWO-TIME National Agility winner! THE SUMMARY: GC, RW, AG Ra's Abi's Modani National 7th Best Cat in Agility North Atlantic Region 2nd Best Cat in Agility North Atlantic Region 17th Best Cat North Atlantic Region Best of Breed GC, AC Schooiertjes Kara of Ra's Abi North Atlantic Region 10th Best Cat in Agility North Atlantic Region 2nd Best of Breed Buddy National 13th Best Household Pet North Altantic Region 2nd Best Household Pet (HHP) THE STORY: Modani continued to love to run Agility. He earned his Agility Grand Master title at the New Hampshire Feline Fanciers show in January. He continued to have great run times, but has never equaled the 7.9 seconds he ran last show season. On the show table he did very well, with judges placing him consistantly in the top 10. By the end of the season he was the 17th Best Cat in the North Atlantic Region and was the region's Best Egyptian Mau. Kara joined us from Schooiertjes Cattery in the Netherlands during the year. She enjoyed showing both as a kitten and in Championship and always did well. Though she ran out of time to earn her Grand Champion title during this show season, she made enough finals to finish as the 2nd Best of Breed in the North Atlantic Region. She also competed in Agility and earned her Agility Competitor (AC) title at the CFA World Show where she finished 10th amongst the 50-60 cats that competed. Buddy, a silver classic tabby neuter Household Pet (HHP) was the real star of the season. This beautiful boy loved to show and turned judges heads. He earned many BEST CAT awards and finished the season as the 2nd Best Household Pet in the North Atlantic Region (less than 6 points behind the Best Cat) and the 13th Best Household Pet Nationally out of the 730 that competed.
